Avery Groth started playing guitar at age 13, and is now an accomplished multi-instrumentalist, singer, band leader, and music teacher. Mike Lowry received his first electric guitar at age 11, and from there grew to become a fixture in the local Atlanta music scene. He played with international acts Tinsley Ellis and Wet Willie, and then focused on his solo career. Avery and Mike have been playing together consistently for the past seven years - Avery sings and plays bass for Mike's original band, The Mike Lowry Band, which is southern influenced guitar-driven Americana-Rock music. When they perform as a duo, they give you a show filled with Blues, Classic Rock, Americana, and Soul.
